The Treasurer is responsible for:

• Administrating the club budget inline with the AU guidelines and
  procedures
• Providing a financial plan for the academic year and an AU audit at the
  end of term one
• Overseeing the club budget and other sources of income
• Regulating and monitoring club expenditure
• Collecting money throughout the term and recording it
